To route chat requests to the right agent based on the customers’ language, and allow the agents to have fast access to relevant informations with automatic pop-ups, you can create an Omni-Channel Flow.

Queues and Assignment Rules can be useful for routing, but they do not allow to create pop-ups.

You can place records in a queue manually or with an assignment rule.
Only members of a queue can accept records from that queue.

The Mass Transfer tool allows to transfer multiple Accounts, Leads, Service Contracts, and Custom Objects from one user to another.
When transferring Accounts, you can choose if you want to transfer open Opportunities owned by other users that are associated with the account, by selecting “Transfer open opportunities not owned by the existing account”.

When tranferring Leads to a user, open activities are transferred, but not when transferring Leads to a queue.
